Privacy policy

Summary: 123SpinWheel has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Your wheels run in your browser and are stored only there. Entries reach our server only if you open or share a wheel link, because the entries are part of that link.

What stays on your device

  • Your entries and settings are saved in your browser’s local storage so the wheel is the same when you come back. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
  • Pictures you add to a wheel are read by your browser and kept in memory for that visit only. They are never uploaded. If you press Save, they are written into the wheel file on your own device.
  • Your light or dark choice is saved in local storage.

What reaches our server

  • Ordinary web requests. Like every website, our server receives the address of each page you open, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent, and records them in standard server logs used for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and deleted automatically.
  • Shared wheel links. A shared link contains the wheel’s title and entries in its address (after ?e=). When anyone opens that link, or a social network fetches its preview, those entries are sent to our server as part of the address, so they can appear in the server logs and are used to draw the preview image. Don’t put private information in a wheel you share.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising, analytics or tracking scripts, and no third-party code on the page.
  • No cookies.
  • No selling or sharing of data — we don’t collect any to sell.

The share buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit or LinkedIn unless you click one, and from then on that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Children

The site collects no personal information from anyone, so it can be used in classrooms without accounts. Teachers should still avoid sharing links that contain students’ full names.
